<b>Steven M. Wise</b> is the author of "Though the Heavens May Fall", a book concerning the 18th century trial in England which led to the abolition of <a href="Slavery">Slavery</a>.<p>Steven M. Wise also wrote the books "Rattling the Cage" and "Drawing the Line".  Both of these books give scientifically based reasons as to why animals should have basic legal rights.  The most important right Wise argues for is a right to bodily integrity.
