<catset>Category="Lakes of Norway"</catset>[image] <b>Sperillen</b> is Norway's 33rd largest lake with an area of 37 km<sup>2</sup>, has a volume of 13 km<sup>3</sup>, is 123 meters deep at its deepeest, and lies 150 meters above sea level.<p>[image] It is located Ådal in <a href="Ringerike">Ringerike</a> municipality in the county of <a href="Buskerud">Buskerud</a>.<p>The rivers Begna (from Begnadalen) and Urula (from Hedalen) flows into the lake from the north. At south a hydrostation is located, at Ringmoen.<p>The lake is well known for its fisheries, and the lake is one of the few with a commercial fishery. Common species are <a href="Whitefish">Whitefish</a>, <a href="Char">Char</a>, <a href="Perch">Perch</a> and <a href="Trout">Trout</a>.
