Often, pimples can be eliminated or relieved by pressing inwards and downward on both sides. This "pops" the pimple and removes the internal Pus. However, this practice is not necessarily recommended by dermatologists. Squeezing the pimple can cause Bacteria and pus to be pushed further into the skin causing further irritation, and/or scars (dirt on the fingers can also cause infections).
