Pastoralism

Pastoralism is a form of cultivation, such as Agriculture and Horticulture. A few traits define the pastoralism way of life. For one, they make a direct use of their food. For example, they consume meat, blood, and milk. They also have butter, yogurt, and cheese which can be made from milk. This type of cultivation was usually found in the old world in the Andaen Region of South America, but a modern day cultivation is still being used in North America. TheNavajo culuture has developed this style of cultivation and still uses it today. There are two types of Pastoalists: the Nomadic Pastoralists and the Transhumanance Pastoralists. The Nomadic type had poor housing due to the fact that the entire group moved with the seasons becuase of their animals. The Transhuman type had better housing becuase most of the population stayed with the village. This meant that only a tiny group left to take care of their animals during the season changes.
