Clear Water Bay

Clear Water Bay (清水灣) is a bay in the Sai Kung District of Hong Kong. The name is also used to describe the area around the bay, and is known as Clear Water Bay Peninsula (清水灣半島).

The Chinese name 清水灣半島 should not be confused with Oscar by the Sea, which is a private housing estate in Tseung Kwan O.

The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) and the Shaw Studio are located here. TVB's headquarters, TV City, used to be located here but have since moved to Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate.
